- For the Church: may we spread the hopeful and exciting message of the Gospel through both our words and deeds so all may encounter Christ

- For a greater love for the Word of God: may we make space in our busy lives to allow the Word of God to challenge and prune us so we may bear abundant fruit as we live our vocations as single, married, religious, deacons and priests

- For the created world: may we promote respect for God’s creation and cooperate with God’s plan as creation is brought to fulfillment

- For all doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals: may they be permitted to function according to their conscience and may they find peace and fulfillment as they embrace God in their vital work

- For all who are ill and those with Covid-19: may God heal and protect all who are vulnerable. Let us pray especially for those whose names have been placed on our altar.
